I agree with the terms and agree the bid needs to be done by a snipe bid service. Who is the point person to PM? If the point person has a PayPal account that person could send an invoice to all participating with their share of the bid prior to the bid. The invoice should be the share bid amount plus the PayPal fees that the account holder would have pay for receipt of the money through PayPal and the point person would only bid if all money has been received prior to the auction end.

Some of the speakers in this lot are damaged (either cosmetically or functionally). Not sure how many.

I disagree. The risk has been there from the inception of a group buy of 30 USED items in varying states of condition, and has not changed.

Apparently the awareness is starting to kick in.

The question that's been in my mind, and i'm sure in several others' who have refrained from posting(as i probably should have) is "who's getting the dregs?"

I wish you all luck, and hope you're all still board members after the dust settles.
